To Cater to the demands of Culinary professionals for the Hospitality Industry.

To enable students to specialise exclusively in culinary skills.

To develop and improve career opportunities for young girls and boys who aspire to become professional Chefs.

Started in July 1995.

Based on the curriculum of Culinary Institute of America (CIA).
